HOW TO MAKE A LESSON PLAN



These are the steps a teacher have to follow when planning a lesson:




  1. Introduction: description of the topic/theme.
  2. Justification: learners (how many there are, how the classrrom is, learning conditions...) previous knowledge, timing, methodology, BCD, areas of concren, language required, materials.
  3. General objectives (competences): aims
  4. Selection of contents: conceptual, procedural, attitudinal.
  5. Didactic objectives (specific competences): derived from the general ones and the particular contents of this teaching situation.
  6. Methodology: ways of doing and principles your teaching is based on.
  7. Activity-design: what?, who?, where?, how?, resources, timing...
  8. Evaluation: learner's process of learning, development of the planning, making suggestions, asking for information, likes, dislikes...
